V25-55 : W15940/1 21 UPPER OLLAND STREET, BUNGAY

Listed building consent for insertion of two dormer windows and internal alterations.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as the proposed dormers were very small with cambered tops and in character with the front elevation. The Town Council's observation was also for approval.

RESOLVED

That listed building consent be granted to application W15940/1.

(Councillor Parr declared an interest in the above item, and left the room during the debate)

(Councillors, Baker, Breach, Jermy, Kemp, Ley, Punter, Taylor, Whatling, Whitlow and the Chairman declared a non pecuniary interest in the above item, but as their interest was not 'clear and substantial' they remained in the room during the debate).

The meeting was concluded at 9.15 pm.
