V25-543 : TELECOMMUNICATIONS SEMINAR - SOUTH NORFOLK COUNCIL

The Planning Committee of South Norfolk Council was holding a seminar for members on the above subject, and had extended the invitation to this Council.

Orange Personal Communications Ltd had agreed to give a presentation at the next meeting of the Planning Committee on 23 July 1997. The presentation would take place after the Committee agenda, and a light buffet lunch would be provided for those who wished to attend the seminar and discuss matters of concern.

An invitation had also been extended to the remaining telecommunication code system operators, Cellnet, Vodafone, Mercury and Ionica.

RESOLVED

That Councillor Hunter and an appropriate officer attend the Telecommunication Seminar at South Norfolk Council, and attendance be authorised as an approved duty.
