Application for conversion of barn to residential accommodation.
The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as the applicant had now demonstrated that the building was structurally capable of conversion and that an acceptable sub-division of the curtilage was possible. The Parish Council's observation was for approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W16749/1, subject to the removal of permitted development rights.
