Application for erection of two storey dwelling with single garage, approval of reserved matters W16191.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for refusal, as the proposal was inappropriately tall and its gable fronted design was unrelated to the neighbouring cottages. The proposed first floor living rooms and roof deck would create unacceptable overlooking from this elevated plot.

The Parish Council's observation was for approval. Objections had been received from neighbours reiterating the views of the Director.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application W16191/1.
