Application for two grain stores.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as the development would be in accordance with criteria in Policy E5 and the site was well landscaped and had direct access to the A144. The proposed grain stores would initially be used for commercial storage, allowing the existing main grain store to revert to its original purpose. The Parish Council's observation was for also for approval, although they wished to see increased screening, which the applicants were agreeable to.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W4444/4, subject to increased landscaping.
