Application for erection of conservatory.

The Sub-Committee were reminded that this retrospective application was deferred at the last meeting for further negotiations to reduce the height of the brick section of the conservatory.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the applicants had agreed to reduce the height of the solid brick wall on the neighbour's boundary from 2.4 metres to 1.8 metres. This would greatly reduce the oppressive effect of the conservatory and he recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to an amended application W16753.
