Substantial progress had been or was being made towards repairing the following buildings; 1/2 Steeple End Cottages, Halesworth; Ashmans Hall, Barsham; and Moat Farm Barn, Shadingfield.

The following Listed properties were vacant and in a deteriorating state and were proposed to be added to the Register:

White House Farm, Low Road, Mettingham - water penetration & general dereliction. Former abattoir to rear of 26 Bridge Street, Bungay - structural & roofing repairs. Wind Pump, Reydon - brickwork repairs & roof `cap' missing.

The Director of Planning and Building Control was in the process of contacting the owners of the properties and would report on progress at the next meeting.
