V25-407 : SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING GUIDANCE

The Committee considered the report of the Director of Planning and Building Control which identified documents currently constituting Supplementary Planning Guidance to the Waveney Local Plan, those which needed to be deleted, or updated, and new guidance for preparation.

RESOLVED

1. That the current guidance list constituting Supplementary Planning Guidance to the Waveney Local Plan, adopted November 1996, as set out in section 4 of the report, be noted.

2. That deletion of the following guidance be approved:

(a) Land at Economy Road/Clifton Road, Lowestoft - Draft Development Brief, September 1992 (b) Residential Design Guidelines - March 1991 (c) Lowestoft Station Brief - June 1991 (d) London Road South Draft Shopping Policy - August 1993

3. That the lists of Supplementary Planning Guidance which need to be updated and the new guidance to be prepared as set out in sections 6 and 7 respectively of the report, be endorsed.
