V25-40 : W16766 SITE OF MUSK COTTAGES, LOWESTOFT ROAD, WORLINGHAM
Application for erection of two semi detached two storey dwellings.
The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, as this replacement pair of cottages was similar in scale to those demolished and was in accordance with policy. In response to his request the applicants had increased the roof pitch and added porches which produced a pleasing design. The Parish Council's observation was also for approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W16766, subject to the removal of permitted design rights.
