V25-399 : PLANNING APPLICATION REFERRED FOR DECISION

The Committee considered the report of the Director of Planning and Building Control in respect of the following application which had been referred by the Rural Planning Sub-Committee for determination.

(a) Land North of Market Lane, Blundeston (W168271)

The application was for the demolition of a dwelling and erection of two bungalows and one house. The application had been referred to Planning and Transportation Committee as the new driveway to the proposed development would lay slightly out of the approved boundary envelope of development for the village, and would therefore be a slight departure from Local Plan.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control and of the Rural Planning Sub-Committee was for referral to Planning and Transportation Committee with a recommendation for approval, as a departure from the adopted Waveney Local Plan.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W168271, as a departure from the adopted Waveney Local Plan.
