Application for a two storey extension providing sitting room, lobby, utility room and bedroom. The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, to a substantial but well designed extension. The observation of the Parish Council was for approval, and one objection from a neighbour on the grounds of overlooking was reported. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W147/14, subject to obscure glazing to side-facing windows.
