Application for front porch.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the proposed porch was to the correct scale and a good idea. Unfortunately, the design was very poor and he recommended refusal.

RESOLVED

That the Director of Planning and Building Control be given delegated authority to grant planning permission to an amended application W7357/1, incorporating a satisfactory design.
