This application had been deferred at the last meeting of the Sub-Committee for neighbour consultations. There had since been some objections, on "spurious" grounds, and the recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, subject to the provision of adequate facilities for disabled people.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W12142/2, subject to provision of adequate facilities for disabled people.
