Application for the construction of a terrace of four houses, approval of Reserved Matters W8287/6.

This application had been deferred at the last meeting of the Sub-Committee for further consultations concerning the number of houses, and an amended scheme was now before members proposing four houses. All gardens and parking now met the Council's standards, and the elevations benefitted from increased width. The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was now for approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W8287/9.
