V25-36 : TREE PRESERVATION ORDER (NO. 239A) 1997

LAND AT MANOR FARM, WISSETT, HALESWORTH

The Director of Planning and Building Control, in pursuance of powers delegated to him under Minute V3-304/2, authorised service of a provisional Tree Preservation Order to protect trees on land at Manor Farm, Wissett.

Notice of the making of the Order had been served on the owners of the land and no objections had been received.

RESOLVED

That the Waveney District Council (Land at Manor Farm, Wissett, Halesworth) Tree Preservation Order (No. 239A) 1997, be confirmed as an unopposed order.
