This application had been refused at the April meeting of Planning Sub-Committee No. 1 due to the size, height and appearance of the proposed extension detracting from the appearance of the existing house and street scene. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the scheme had been amended and was now acceptable.

That planning permission be granted to application W1434/2.
