Application for change of use of first floor from flat to private members club. The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for refusal, as such a use seemed very likely to affect local amenities and parking was inadequate. Five objections had been received concerning noise, parking provision and potential use of flat roof balcony. RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W11585/1.
