Application for rear extension to form nursery.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this was a minor extension to the existing school. The Director of Community Services had expressed concern at the impact of additional traffic on the area, and advised that the Sub-Committee may wish to emphasise to the County Council the need for provision of traffic controls.

RESOLVED

That Suffolk County Council be informed that this Council raises no objection to the grant of planning permission to application W1226/5, subject to additional traffic control provision being provided.

(Councillor Thorne declared an interest in the above item, and left the room during the debate).
