V25-304 : LOWESTOFT YACHT BASIN PROJECT
The Committee considered the report of the Director of Community Services in respect of the contract for the above Project. It was noted that the contract had been awarded to John Martin Construction under the authority given to a Panel of members at V24-435/26(4), and the actions of the Director of Community Services, in consultation with the Chairman, to meet a potential shortfall in funding were confirmed. It was resolved that future progress reports for the Project should be considered by the Community Services Committee, in recognition of its ultimate client role for part of the facility. The Meeting was concluded at 7.50 pm
