Application for rear extension for use by disabled person.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this application was for a long, narrow extension which would result in some loss of outlook to the neighbour, who had not objected. The roof would be kept as low as possible to minimise any impact, and his recommendation was for approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W16771.
