V25-29 : W3478/2 - TOWN HALL, HIGH STREET, LOWESTOFT

Application for listed building consent for erection of a sign to existing window opening.

The above application had been amended to two first floor windows, utilising the bottom sections of glass, and one window on either side of the main entrance to the Town Hall, four in all.

Members agreed that it was currently difficult to identify the Town Hall as there was very little signing, and were minded to approve all four windows.

RESOLVED

That the Director of Planning and Building Control be given delegated authority to grant listed building consent to an amended application W3478/2.
