Application for conversion of ground floor to two self contained flats. The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that the proposal did not meet the Council's standards for private amenity space, internal layout, natural daylighting and parking, in an area where there was considerable pressure for on street parking. Although the proposal would bring vacant premises into use, the failure to meet so many key standards would result in a poor living environment; he recommended refusal. RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W13253/1.
