V25-279 : AUDIT COMMITTEES - PROPOSALS

The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Central Services which outlined arrangements to expand the Sub-Committee's responsibility for audit.

RECOMMENDED

1. That the proposals to expand the audit responsibilities of the Finance and Land Resources Sub-Committee, as outlined in the report of the Director of Central Services, be approved.

2. That the working of these arrangements be reviewed after 12 months.
