V25-245 : 1997/98 PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME
The Committee considered an outline of the 1997/98 Planned Maintenance Programme. The Director of Housing and Environmental Services ran through the framework of the spreadsheet to inform members how the various figures would be added and monitored. A contingency sum of £100k was built into the overall programme to safeguard against overspend, or to be used on extra groups as the year progressed. RESOLVED
