V25-244 : REPLACEMENT OF CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEMS
The Committee considered the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services which detailed the necessity of replacing old and defective heating systems in Council properties. RESOLVED
1. That the programme to replace existing old and defective heating systems be approved. 2. That the establishment of a Programme Maintenance Group No. 33 to finance the programme to replace existing old and defective heating systems, be approved. 3. That the tendering of the Programme Maintenance Group No. 33 to external competition be approved, and incorporated into the Gas Heating Installation Contract.
