V25-242 : ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES ENFORCEMENT POLICY
The Committee considered the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services which outlined the need for the adoption of an Environmental Services Enforcement Policy. RESOLVED
That an Environmental Services Enforcement Policy as detailed in the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services be adopted, superseding the Food Safety Enforcement Policy adopted at minute V22-27/13 in May 1994. * Policy decision.
