V25-230 : MEDICAL REPRESENTATIONS/WARRANTS FOR POSSESSION

Upon return to open session, this item was taken an urgent business, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as the Sub-Committee would not be meeting again until 17 June 1997.

RESOLVED

That as an interim measure, the Director of Housing and Environmental Services, in consultation with the Chairman of Housing and Environmental Services Committee, be delegated to consider any urgent Medical Representations and Warrants for Possession.

The Meeting was concluded at 8.40 pm
