V25-214 : RIGHT TO REPAIR REGULATIONS - TENANT SATISFACTION SURVEY

The Sub-Committee considered a published summary by the Director of Housing and Environmental Services relating to the Right to Repair Scheme and Tenant Satisfaction Survey for the year ended March 1997. Of 4,132 qualifying repairs, only 30 dissatisfied responses had been received, and no second contractor had been necessary to rectify the repairs. The Sub-Committee congratulated the Director of Housing and Environmental Services and Waveney Contract Services on these figures.

RESOLVED

That the Tenant Satisfaction Survey report be received.
