V25-204 : MANDATORY DISABLED FACILITIES GRANT

This item was taken as urgent business, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as the matter needed swift resolution in view of the applicant's age.

The Sub-Committee approved a Disabled Facilities Grant of £5599.00 for the provision of a downstairs shower facility and Gerberit toilet. The applicant had severe arthritis, weakness in the upper limbs and continence problems. (Para. 5)
