The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services, and resolved that as two of the contractors figures were very similar, the matter be referred to the internal auditors for assessment, with the Director of Housing and Environmental Services given delegated authority to approve the final appointment. (Para. 8)
