V25-196 : WARDEN RENTS - SHELTERED HOUSING SCHEMES
The Sub-Committee considered the report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services. It was resolved that the rents of services tenancies for Wardens of sheltered housing schemes remain at the March 1995 level, with the situation to be reviewed in 12 months time, and that new appointments receive no rent relief concession. (Para. 1)
