V25-1608 : VARIATION OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE NO. 297

THE SUFFOLK PUNCH, LOWESTOFT

The report of the Chief Executive provided an update on the variation of hours of the Public Entertainment Licence to the Suffolk Punch, Lowestoft, which was approved for a trial period of two months at minute V25-1351.

Complaints received by the Police and the Licensing Section had been forwarded to Environmental Health. It was felt that a further extension of the trial period to 30 June 1998 should be considered to allow further monitoring of complaints to take place.

RESOLVED

That the trial period for the variation of Public Entertainment Licence No. 297 relating to the Suffolk Punch, Lowestoft, be extended to 30 June 1998.
