V25-1593 : DISCRETIONARY HOME REPAIR ASSISTANCE GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee resolved that a grant of £1,580.00 be made to assist with works to a property in Council Tax Band D, as exceptional circumstances existed including remedial works to rectify the property in relation to Department of the Environment fitness standards and in view of the applicant's long term occupation of the property. (Para.5).
