V25-1592 : DISCRETIONARY RENOVATION GRANT APPLICATION
The Sub-Committee resolved that a Discretionary Renovation Grant of £13,277.00 be approved as the best course of action to assist with works converting a property to the needs of an elderly lady with mobility problems, as exceptional circumstances existed in view of the structured nature of the works and the applicant's comparative low level of savings. (Para.5).
