V25-1583 : HOUSING INVESTMENT PROGRAMME 1997/98

The report of the Director of Central Services and the Director of Housing and Environmental Services sought members' views of the draft Housing Investment Programme expenditure plans, and consideration of the level of resources remaining unallocated.

The Director of Central Services explained that his revised report to the next meeting of Housing and Environmental Services Committee would include a £50k budget for St Peters Court and a £200k figure under the heading of Further Improvement Works. This would ensure that the current £250k of uncommitted growth was seen to be in use although not presently allocated.

RESOLVED

That the report on the Housing Investment Programme be received.
