V25-1579 : LOWESTOFT SEA FRONT AIR FESTIVAL
The report of the Director of Community Services was considered as a matter of urgency, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as two issues had arisen concerning the Lowestoft Seafront Air Festival which required urgent confirmation. The Committee resolved that two companies could be awarded the work to organise the hot air balloon aspect of the Lowestoft Seafront Air Festival 1998 and the management of the stalls and catering, subject to the usual contract/legal agreements, should the Festival take place, in accordance with Standing Order 6.2(a) (Para.10). The Meeting was concluded at 8.45pm
