V25-1552 : BUILDING CLEANING ANNUAL REPORT

The report of the Director of Community Services provided a review of the performance of the Building Cleaning Service in 1997. As this was the first annual report for this service it also gave an overview of the history and performance of the service since it was let to contract in April 1993.

RESOLVED

1. That the present policies with regard to the Building Cleaning Service continue for the forthcoming year.

2. That the employees in the Contracts Management Section and Regent Office Care Limited be congratulated on the standards of service provided.
