V25-1551 : LEISURE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT TRANCHE 2 - ANNUAL REPORT

The report of the Director of Community Services summarised the first year of operation of the above contract, which had been awarded to CDC Landscapes for a period of five years eight months commencing on 1 August 1996.

The report made comparison, where appropriate, with the four previous years under the former Leisure Management 2 and 3 Contracts, and commented on Client related issues.

RESOLVED

That the present policies with regard to the Leisure Management Contract Tranche 2 continue for the second contract year.
