V25-1542 : GOSFORD ROAD, BECCLES - DEVELOPMENT BRIEF

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control considered a revised Draft Development Brief for the above site following the recent demolition of the Beccles Maltings. It was felt appropriate to revise and update the planning guidance for this site in the light of changing circumstances.

As some of the changes were substantial it was recommended that this revised brief be subject to consultation. Representations made during the consultation period would then be considered by this Committee.

RESOLVED

That the Gosford Road, Beccles Development Brief be approved for consultation purposes and that it provide a basis for development control purposes on an interim basis.
