V25-1541 : REFURBISHMENT OF MANOR COURT, LOWESTOFT

The report of the Director of Community Services sought approval to stop up a footway crossing part of the above site to allow unhampered development of the site to proceed. Access to the site, as well as to Wesley Chapel Lane, would be retained.

RESOLVED

That the Chief Executive be authorised to apply for stopping-up of the footway adjacent to the north east corner of Manor Court adjacent to Gun Lane, Lowestoft under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 and to take all pursuant action.
