V25-1540 : REPAIRS NOTICE - 385 WHAPLOAD ROAD, LOWESTOFT
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control identified a need to seek the Secretary of State's approval to serve a repairs notice to buildings at 385 Whapload Road, Lowestoft. The buildings had been vacant since 1991 and the continual deterioration of their condition was affecting the amenities of the neighbouring properties and the Conservation Area. RESOLVED
That the Secretary of State be asked to apply Section 76 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 to seek the repair of the buildings at 385 Whapload Road, Lowestoft.
