V25-1536 : HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE WORKS 1998/99

The report of the Director of Community Services outlined the proposed structural maintenance works to be undertaken within the Highway Agency Area during the 1998/99 financial year, subject to funding by Suffolk County Council. Overall, the revenue budget for Highway work across Suffolk was being reduced by a further 3% for 1998/99.

Members outlined several streets which they felt should be added to the lists of works and these were noted.

RESOLVED

That the provisional Highway Maintenance Programme for 1998/99 be approved.
