V25-1533 : STRUCTURE PLAN REVIEW - "ROADSHOW"
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control provided details of a new form of public consultation exercise, informally known as the Planning Roadshow, which was being designed and produced by the local authorities in Suffolk. The Roadshow would connect the consultation process associated with the forthcoming Review of the Structure Plan with a wider public and raise awareness of sustainable development issues and Local Agenda 21. The Roadshow would start touring the County in the Spring and parallel the County Council's formal Structure Plan Review consultation process. RESOLVED
That the proposed Planning Roadshow be supported and the Director of Planning and Building Control be authorised to make the necessary arrangements for staffing and accommodating the Roadshow's exhibition in Waveney.
