Application for approval of Reserved Matters W16551, construction of a house and garage.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, for although of suburban and rather dominant design, given the standard of adjoining development, refusal would be hard to justify. The Parish Council, whilst preferring a bungalow, felt one more large house would make little difference, but expressed concerns on extra cars in a small lane and the appearance of the hedge. One neighbour's letter of objection on the property being out of scale was reported. The hedge in question had been found to be jointly own and was now not of concern.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W16551/5.
