Application for construction of five bungalows in lieu of four previously approved.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for refusal as with the revised layout plots 6 and 9A would effectively become 'backland' development, tucked in behind plots 5 and 7, therefore conflicting with Policy H8 of the adopted Waveney Local Plan. The Parish Council also considered that four bungalows on the site was adequate.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application W16827/3.
