Application for extensions for use as a residential care/nursing home. The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for deferral for a site visit. Although the site was capable of accommodating a substantial extension, it was likely that 11 additional units may lead to an over-intensification. The observation of the Town Council was for refusal on overdevelopment grounds, and neighbours objections were reported. RESOLVED
That planning application W11994/3 be deferred for a site visit.
