V25-1509 : W2008/14 - LAND OF ALBION ROAD, BUNGAY

Application for the construction of four houses and four bungalows (previously delegated for approval at minute V20-400/6.

The recommendation of the Director of Planning and Building Control was for approval, subject to no adverse comments received from Suffolk County Council's Archaeological Unit, and the imposition of appropriate conditions. The Town Council, as previously, considered that the density of the scheme was too high and suggested refusal. Neighbours objections on car parking and loss of outlook issues were reported.

Members asked that the unadopted footpath link, firmly established since the initial development, be incorporated in any permission if possible.

RESOLVED

That the Director of Planning and Building Control be given delegated authority to approve W2008/14, subject to no adverse comments received from Suffolk County Council's Archaeological Unit, and the imposition of appropriate conditions including the incorporation of the presently unadopted footpath link.
