Outline application to construct two dwellings.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that an amended design had been received for two slightly smaller re-positioned properties which overcame highways issues, and now rendered the site suitable for two dwellings; on balance he recommended approval. The observation of the Parish Council to the initial scheme had been for refusal, preferring one dwelling on the site. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to the amended design for application W16982, subject to the removal of permitted development rights.
