Application for extension to rear and shop conversion.

The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this application had been previously refused as the proposal would block access to rear parking. The scheme as amended could overcome this, but would depend on co-operation with adjoining car park owners. His recommendation was for approval subject to satisfactory arrangements to ensure that this car parking was provided and retained.

RESOLVED

That the Director of Planning and Building Control be given delegated authority to approve application W771/23 subject to satisfactory arrangements to ensure adequate provision of car parking.
