Application for first floor rear extension.
The Director of Planning and Building Control reported that this two storey flat roofed extension would take the property right to the boundary. This would be likely to severely affect the amenity of the neighbour who, however, had raised no objection; he recommended refusal. RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W16994.
